Coming in from the front door, the sound of teenagers roughousing through the hallway caught his ears. He made a mental note to never call it 'roughhousing' out loud and to stick to terms like 'fighting, ----ing around, or maybe being 'little s#!@. Part of him wanted to check it out but he was positive they weren't up to anything too worrisome.
Logan was never one to be past fear tactics, he'd do what he had to if it came to it. That's how it always was. He wasn't here to play babysitter, in essence he was training these kids to defend themselves and in the vision of Hank, and Charles, possibly save lives. If Logan was going to help be responsible for this, it also sadly meant he had to take the role of 'role model' somewhat to help. Not so much to the extent of one certain Leader of the X-Men but Logan's role on this team was different.
As he walked up the steps, a student skateboarding down the hall, Bobby Drake, whizzed past Logan, uttering a quick 'Sorry!' as he sped past ably before Logan could swipe out and grab him. "Little bastard..." Logan muttered under his breath before yelling out. "Don't skateboard in the mansion drake, I'm not going to tell you twice..." The abrupt stop of the sound of the skateboard pleased Logan's ears, however, that didn't account for the fact that as a result of his little reaction with bobby drake, he now had the remains of an ice cream sandwich smeared across his t-shirt.

Roxanne had a headache, which for everyone else in the house, wasn't good. Terry already caught Roxannes' bad side this morning and had locked herself in her office. Not Roxannes fault little miss 'psycho doc' couldn't deal with her daddy issues. The rising sound of kids running around and generally, being teenagers wasn't exactly helping. "Don't skateboard in the mansion drake, I'm not going to tell you twice..." Only one voice that gruff could strike anger into Roxanne. That not a very nice person of a man, Logan. Drake wizzed by her, still on the skateboard. Quickly, she levitated him and the skateboard towards herself, resulting in the loss of one more sound in the mansion.
"Robert Drake, so help me god if I ever see you disrespect a teacher of this facility again, I am NOT afraid to put you in the danger room with Mr. Logan and lock the door." she said, a fire in her eyes which was only brought out when she would speak about Logan. "I'm keeping this for one week, come get it when the week is over." she said, reaching out and grabbing the skateboard. She let him down, a look of shock still resting on his face when she turned. Walking down the hallway, she noticed Logan was still there. "Take care of your own sh!t." she said, shoving the skateboard at Logan. "He's a teen for Christs sake, tell him no, he'll do it again. Scare him and he'll listen." she said, crossing her arms, still staring at Logan.
"Ya know, just cause you can't remember what it's like to be a teen doesn't mean you should give pity and let them get away with sh!t like that." she added, her anger at it's peak for that day more than likely. There was something about Logan that just made Roxanne angry, everything he did, the way he drank or the way he smoked cigars, just everything was another thorn in her side.

Bobby Drake barely had time to think about rebellion before Hurricane Roxy came storming down the hallway. Logan watched as she ripped a new strip out of the drake boy. Taking his skateboard and sending the dejected teen packing. Logan couldn't help but chuckle. She dismissed him in as timely a fashion as he would have. Maybe he wouldn't have taken Drake's skateboard but that's because he didn't want to hear the teen whine for the next millennium, no worry. Logan liked giving punishment to the twerps in the one place they weren't safe from him. That place was the Danger Room and there would be due course for Bobby Drake, and others.
He stood watching Roxy. Her eyes were burning into his, an intense glare coming to his direction and it wasn't constructed by emotions that Logan would have liked. Nothing but pure fire was coming out of Roxy and she looked like a steam engine the way she was huffing and puffing around the place. They had gotten off on the wrong foot and that's okay. Logan couldn't count the amount of times that had happened on one hand, maybe not on two. Dualy however, Logan didn't have to see them every day and they certainly didn't have such strong an ire for Logan himself. "Might wanna take a picture..." he said as he pulled a cuban cigar out of his pocket, taking the time to smell it before he lights it up, walking toward her.
"Ya know, just cause you can't remember what it's like to be a teen doesn't mean you should give pity and let them get away with nuts like that." Walking toward her at a confident pace he began to take a drag on his cigar. Despite her attitude Logan saw the way she was around him, he brought something in her that she didn't ever have otherwise. Some of the students have told him that she is like an entirely different instructor when Logan was around. If they are ever to co-teach a danger room session. The students are always weasling their way out of those ones. Its the reason they train separately to begin with. Logan couldn't stand her and he wasn't going to stand her now. Logan told Chuck that things were going to be to his liking and if they weren't he wasn't going to stick around. Charles told Logan that he needed to be patient and that it was very unlikely that Logan was to like most anyone he was to encounter.
Logan didn't argue that.
Taking his drag he breated pointedly on Roxy, exhaling a vast collection of cigar smoke at her as he walked by. "... It lasts longer".

Roxanne didn't mind the smoke, it was the fact that he purposefully blew it in her face that got Roxanne even more angry. "Who wants to remember your ugly mug?" she asked raising her hand upward so it was in front of her face. The open hand quickly closed, as if it was grabbing Logans cigar. The cigar, currently hanging out of his mouth, compressed upon itself till it was as thin as a sheet of paper. Deep down, Roxanne wanted to hurt Logan, beyond repair. She hated his walk, his talk, his deep blue eyes that made her....angry? Roxanne knew she was angry and that even more so she WANTED to be angry.
Truthfully, she couldn't place her emotions at the moment. Roxanne left it alone, thinking that her hormones were acting up (yay PMS). Roxanne got closer, right in Logans face yelling, as she had been before. "How can you just walk around here like you own the place? That c@cky attitude makes you as bad as the kids! You think you're so F*cking special that you can do what you want, when you want and you have no regard for anyone else!" she finished, using her powers to slam him into the near by wall, all her energy into that one blast, hopefully knocking him out so she could continue her day, though she knew he'd get up.

Logan dejectedly watched her as she crushed his cigar, he was okay with that. She was angry and maybe he shouldn't have gone out of his way to taunt her as he had. As well as anybody could've known, Logan knew that some people had a line that you just didn't want to cross. She started talking about how he acted, and how he was worse as the kids and thought he was special so he could do what he wanted and so far he had nothing to disagree with in her argument. The Professor gave him an entirely different set of rules than the students have and if he breaks those, then he'd have something to worry about. "Listen girlie, don't go power trippin where you don't have the authority. If Chuck had a problem with me he---UGH"
Before Logan could finish his sentence he felt himself very rapidly being thrown into the wall behind him, the wall gave way partially and a vase that was mounted to the wall with flowers in it crashed to the ground. Roxy was powerful, Logan didn't want to fight her but he also was really getting a good idea for the first time. She probably wasn't the kind of person he'd want to fight head on, she wouldn't be past using her powers aptly for the advantage. Then again, neither would Logan. Growling, snarling as he pulled himself back up to his feet, his shirt torn, debris falling off of him, wiping off of his arms.
"I'm gonna forget that ever happened just this once." he said cracking his knuckles and looking at her, she put all her force into that blast she had to have. What's worse is that he never saw it coming, Charles would probably make him repair the wall which was the bullshit of it all but he was a bit more focused on trying to keep his temper down so he didn't all of a sudden find himself wanting to make filet o' fish. "And I'm only going to tell you once that if you pull this $#!@ again we won't be having any little discussions." He said as he turned around walked away, one of his fists was balled so tightly he was ready to punch the first thing he could, it'd be his wall, as soon as he got into his room.
