Leslie had been slouched over her science text book for about an hour before giving up. Who could concentrate on the similarities and uses of stratigraphy and dendrochronology when it was such a beautiful day outside. Looking out of one of the large, arched windows, she had a beautiful view of the outside grounds. More specifically, the garden. Sighing, she looked down at her paper, only having written one-third of the necessary number of pages.
She didn't understand how science nerds did it. Staying in one place all the time, their heads buried under microscopes and test tubes. Leslie brushed her bangs behind her ear, sucking on the end of her pen. She could keep putting this paper off, but the longer she did that, the longer she'd have to stay inside. Stretching out her arm, she elongated it, grabbing one of the other texts she had extracted from the vast resources of the library, and pulling it to her. Science was sooo boring!

OOC: Sorry this has been neglected for so long.
Roberto drew himself up short as an arm shot across his path in the direction of a bookcase. That could be only one person currently living at the Mansion, as Roberto well knew... Leslie. Slowly, a smile creapt across the Brazilian teen's face, this could be the oppertunity for a practical joke, if a bit of a simple one. Quietly, Roberto began to creep around the library looking for the orange haired girl. Peeking around one bookcase he, at last, spotted her. Happily, she had her back to him. As softly as a mouse, on his tiptoes, he slipped up behind Leslie and raised his arms high in the air. She was completely, or so it seemed, absorbed in her book. Apparently writing a science paper or something. "Gotcha," he crowed loudly, his arms descending and his fingers poking Leslie playfully in the ribs, tickling her. He was hoping for a good reaction to his little prank.

((S'okay. Happens on the other board I rp in all the time.))
Leslie was just beginning to consider consulting Mr. McCoy on the matter when fell hands descended from out of nowhere and viciously attacked her sides. The sensation was unbearable - she had always been horribly ticklish since childhood, and the unwarranted sensation caused her to flinch. Unintentionally utilizing her powers, Leslie's legs stretched out, banging her thighs against the table as she slid upwards from the chair. Her arms flailed, shooting out and knocking several books from their shelves. She squealed with laughter, a sound halfway between a shriek and a giggle, attempting to get out of the chair and away from her attacker.
"Hahaha-gerroff- hahaha-me-haha," she cried, attempting to knock her assailant off with an ellongated arm. She failed miserably though, as the arm arced over his head nowhere near touching him. "Please," she cried between laughs, "stop!" At least this gets me out of writing the rest of my paper for now, she thought.

"Score one for Brazil," Roberto said, stopping in his tickling and dropping down into a seat next to Leslie. "You sure made a mess," the Brazilian teen continued, looking around the library at some of the books that had been knocked over by Leslie's super long limbs. "What are you working on, anyway?" Before Leslie could answer Roberto had snatched up one of the books on the table and was leafing through it, glacing at the pictures and chapter headings.
"How can you be inside doing this on a day like that," Roberto asked, gesturing out the windows to the sunny, warm afternoon day going on just beyond the window's glass. "Seems to me like this science stuff would be horribly boring," Roberto said around a loud yawn.
